Dr. Saad received a new $1 Million NSF funding on "6G Vision"

Dr. Saad and Dr. Harpreet Dhillon of the College of Engineering have been awarded a $1 million grant from the NSF to develop technologies that use current and emerging wireless systems to “view” and map the surrounding environment.

This novel research will develop a framework that merges tools from machine learning, communication theory, distributed split learning, and optimization.
